This mall is huge, over 350 stores! The biggest open air mall of the US!!! They have all the high end designers like LV, Prada, Gucci, Chanel, Giorgio Armani and other popular brands Tory Burch, Lululemon, The North Face, Yeti, Hoka, Sephora, Kate Spade just to name a few. There are plenty of dining options sit down (BDubs, Morton’s Steakhouse, Korean BBQ, Vietnamese, Olive Garden are some), casual (Chick-fil-a, sushi, Jack n the box, Raising Canes…too many to name!) ands snacks n drinks (Auntie Annie’s, Baskin Robbin’s, Starbucks, coffee, bakery’s, shaved ice only to name a few!) This mall is like an outlet, there are 9 levels for parking! Also easily accessible by public transportation, trolleys and ride shares. You definitely need a full day and walking shoes if you wish to scroll this beauty!

Wonderful outdoor mall with super convenient shopping experience and great location only 10 minutes' drive from Waikiki. I can say that the mall has everything we need, plenty of parking and easy access to another floors and stores.

Opening hours are 10 am to 8 pm Free parking on 9 floors. Very nice open air mall with 350 stores. Many designers, Bloomingdale’s, macys, Neumann Marcus, target, Nordstrom, foodland, Barnes and noble… Very large and nice food court with lots of choices.

The shopping centre is massive - you may need two days to finish shopping in there. The food court is excellent, with many options, if you're looking for a quick bite.

A bustling shopping center and apparently the largest outdoor mall in the world! There is so much to explore here from sweets to luxury to anything you can think of. You can definitely spend all day in here, so come with a fully stocked wallet!

After attending the Honolulu Marathon Expo at the Hawaii Convention Centre around the corner, I found my way gravitating towards Ala Moana Centre. As it was dark already, I didn't realise it was an open area shopping centre, I just thought it was dark low level lighting to add to the ambience. This place is massive, so many stores to choose from. It was December when I visited so Christmas was in full swing, including on the Centre Stage with Carols. The Food Court was massive with plenty of choices. Easy to walk as well, a pleasant walk back to Kuhio Avenue from Ala Moana Centre.

This mall is incredible! There is every store you can imagine and some we never even heard of! There are four (4) floors and it is an open-air mall so you are walking around outside, which is different, but nice. All of the stores we went into were nice and clean. The employees everywhere were very helpful. We went for the Lego store, but we ended up spending hours here after seeing all there was to look at. This is definitely a great way to spend a day. We would visit here again.

Ala Moana Shopping Center is truly a gem in Honolulu! It’s one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in town. The variety of shops is impressive, and the atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming. The center beautifully blends modern elegance with rich Hawaiian culture, making it a landmark that’s more than just a shopping destination. The gorgeous design and the thoughtful integration of local elements make every visit special. Whether you’re looking for high-end fashion, unique local boutiques, or just a relaxing stroll, Ala Moana never disappoints.

Amazing open-air shopping mall in the heart of Honolulu! It’s huge, beautifully designed, and full of tropical plants and ocean breeze. You can find everything here — luxury boutiques, local Hawaiian brands, and great cafés like eBar inside Nordstrom. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, with both tourists and locals relaxing around. There’s live music, plenty of restaurants, and it’s spotlessly clean. Perfect place to shop, eat, and unwind under the Hawaiian sun.

Showcasing the art that’s at Ala Moana Mall that is a hidden treasure. Most people walk right by as busy with their shopping but I would recommend you take the time to admire the art as it makes the mall special. The art is often surrounded by water, fitting given that Hawaii is an island but it also helps set off the art and keeps it safe. My favorite is the Yayoi Kusama pumpkin. The Mall itself has lots of great stores that offer unique gifts in addition to the anchor stores of Macys, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Target and Neiman Marcus. 2 Food Courts with a very large one on the ground floor that is a great and inexpensive way to try different local foods. Also sit down restaurants such as Morton’s and California Pizza and Jade Dynasty. A Liliha Bakery in Macys, Mariposa at Neiman Marcus and Ruscello at Nordstrom. You can easily spend a full day at the Mall!
